Wendy is a well-respected family law lawyer and leader in the Family Law Bar in Central Florida. She has a unique ability to see the big picture and to find creative solutions where not readily apparent. Tenacious in protecting the rights of children, she is a calming influence who guides clients to outcomes that preserve the family relationship and minimize damage to children. She treats clients with respect, compassion and caring, focusing on global resolutions tailored to each individual family. Her experience in collaborative law and mediation gives her the skills to resolve legal disputes such as child custody and timesharing, child support and modifications, contested and uncontested divorce, equitable distribution, domestic abuse, alimony/spousal support, relocation and other Family Law issues. She is not afraid of the hardest cases with complex issues and complicated family dynamics. Her extensive community contacts provide her access to resources to guide cases to conclusion. Wendy is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest peer review rating, and was named a “Super Lawyer” 2007 - 2011. She is a member of the Florida Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association. She is a founding member of the American Inns of Court, #123, and a founding member and former counselor to the Central Florida Family Law American Inn of Court. Both organizations were created to enhance professionalism and to provide education and mentorship opportunities.
